There was some boring marketing talk, but at least half of the presentations were
really informative and made me wanna go out and program some cool
applications … which was possible because Microsoft had plenty
of notebooks prepared to try some of the hands-on labs yourself 🐝
And for those who directly want to start working with the Live Framework,
got two invitation codes for the Azure Service Platform CTP 😎
Besides: Its a real bummer, that you are required to have Windows Server 2008 or Vista
installed in order to install the Windows Azure SDK - even if you just want to use
the JavaScript resources or the Live Resource Browser which come with the SDK 💩
But all in all it was a good presentation, I planned to set up a Windows 2008 virtual machine
anyways and I am really looking forward to the things to come 👯
